I, Bahareh Babaei, am a seasoned psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in guiding individuals towards holistic mental health.

Specializing in therapeutic approaches, mainly Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, and other modalities such as brief eclectic psychotherapy (BEP), intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy (ISTDP), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I have had the privilege of witnessing transformative journeys.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario, Canada.
